Whether you are graduating or a first-year student, this programme will set you up with the skills you need to secure that graduate role, internship or placement and hit the ground running when you start!

Personal Brand with Enterprise Mobility
29th October at 1pm GMT
During this session, Enterprise Mobility will be helping you to understand the importance of personal brand to help you successfully navigate a competitive job market. They say you create an impression within 3 seconds of meeting someone – what impression does your personal brand currently say about you? Also - Increasingly employers are turning to Linkedin when shortlisting candidates so in 2023 it is more important than ever to have a polished but authentic online brand to give you the edge over other candidates.
CV Design Thinking with Unilever

This session focuses on understanding the challenges in the graduate job market and how to adopt a design-thinking approach to build a best-in-class CV! Join Unilever for a session specifically designed to support you in creating impactful and punchy CV’s that grab the attention of hiring managers no matter what role you are applying for.
Video Interviews with British Airways
29th October at 2pm GMT
Virtual interviews can be a nerve-wracking stage of the application process for any job, but it doesn’t have to! During this session you will join a Talent Acquisition Specialist from British Airways to get the insider knowledge on what you need to do to put your best foot forward in a virtual interview. You will gain an understanding of how best to structure and frame your answers to showcase your experience and answer the toughest interview questions in a clear and concise way!
Assessment Centre Top Tips with BDO
30th October at 2pm GMT
In this session, BDO will give you the inside scoop on how to smash an assessment centre! With many competitive grad roles using assessment centres as part of their recruitment process, it’s crucial that you stand out for all the right reasons. BDO’s session promises to show you how to get noticed, and tell you just what recruiters are actually thinking.

Each session is designed specifically with your employability in mind. Our partners will run each session in a different inactive way to develop your skills in all areas of recruitment.

Whilst our Career Accelerators are not a direct route to employment, they offer valuable networking opportunities and skill development that can hugely enhance your employability. If you’re not already, be sure to sign up to the Enactus Launchpad or register as an Enactus Changemaker to be eligible for career opportunities exclusive to Enactus students.

Yes! Our Career Accelerator sessions are entirely virtual.

You can attend as many or as few sessions as you like! In order to access your LinkedIn badge, you will need to attend at least 5 out of the 6 sessions across 2 days.
While the programme is designed to accommodate university commitments, some live sessions may overlap with different timetables.

You can claim a badge to share on your LinkedIn and CV by completing challenges after each session. These will be visible under each header on this webpage, so be sure to bookmark this page! Complete each challenge by 14th November to earn your silver, gold or platinum badge!
