Social Impact Roundtable + Intern Development Day with SAP

Last week we had a double header at our fantastic partners SAP's offices. Firstly, we were given the fantastic opportunity to join for a special roundtable, bringing together SAP partner organisations and leaders who care deeply about community, inclusion, and driving real change.

It was so inspiring to connect with SAP's other SRIC (Social Responsibility, Inclusion and Communities) and Social Value partners and learn more about the incredible impact being made in partnership with SAP across the country. A big highlight was hearing from SAP’s Global Chief Inclusion & Social Impact Officer, Rashmi Verma and the bright future for SAP in the social impact and inclusion space.

On the day, we also delivered a development experience for SAP’s newest apprentices and industrial placement students, focusing on building self-awareness, personal brand and communication. Through an interactive workshop, we helped 33 SAP interns explore their unique strengths and energies, giving them the tools and confidence to collaborate effectively and get off to a flying start in their new roles!

The feedback from the session was brilliant, with all interns saying they would recommend it to their colleagues and that it had contributed to their personal development. Most importantly, almost all of the interns said they felt more prepared to thrive in their new roles at SAP following the session.
