At Enactus, we have worked as a bridge between education and employment for over 25 years, and are passionate about helping young people build practical, future-ready skills through hands-on action.
The Social Impact Launchpad is designed to do just that, using social enterprise development as a vehicle to build the employability and enterprise skills that our future leaders need. What is Enactus’ Social Impact Launchpad?
The Social Impact Launchpad is a free, flexible virtual programme designed to help students master the key skills top employers look for, through hands-on social action.
Working with leading employers from October to December, students will build practical experience, tackle real community issues, and create ideas that make a genuine difference. The best part is - no pre-existing idea, prior experience, or a background in social enterprise is needed - just curiosity and the energy to get involved!
Who can take part?
Enactus’ Social Impact Launchpad is open to all current university students who are ready to create real-world impact.
It doesn’t matter what you study, whether it’s business, engineering, art, or anything in between, if you’re motivated to make a difference in your community, this programme is for you. No prior experience in social enterprise is needed, just curiosity, creativity, and the drive to produce positive and lasting change!

Practical Employability Skills
Open to All & Fully Funded
Accessible to all current students (UG & PG) across every year group and discipline, at zero cost to your university or students.
Under 10 taught hours total, hosted virtually from w/c 12th October to 1st December, wrapping up well before exams.

For students to join ourfirst live session, we encourage all applications to be completed by 6th October 2026.

Our live sessions will be taking place vitually every week, beginning on 13th October.

Yes! While we strongly encourage students to join the live sessions if they can, we understand that not all students are able to make this work, so we’ll be recording each session and giving access to all students.

We’ll be hosting in-person sessions at our partner offices in multiple locations across the UK & Ireland (including London, Dublin and Edinburgh). These will be taking place w/c 26th October and w/c 2nd November.
